Inspired by a few of the smaller books produced by the great type and book designer Bruce Rogers, GS established the LIttle Book Subscription Series in 1997. These little books afford opportunities to try out new ideas, and typefaces, without the more substantial commitment required of larger books. In each book the type is set by hand, and illustrated with wood engravings by GS.

We hope you will consider becoming a subscriber to the Little Book Series. As such, you would agree to purchase a copy of each book in the Series as it is published (roughly one title per year or so), at a subscribers' price of under $100, which represents a 20 % discount on each book in the Series. You would also be entitled to a 20% discount on all in-print titles from the Little Book Series.
